Virtual Assistant versus Employee

Sometimes people initially balk when they hear the hourly rate for a Virtual Assistant so I wanted to explain how this is decided and the benefits you get for using one of us versus an employee!

It’s a no brainer really!

NO holiday pay.
NO sickness pay.
NO national insurance.
NO pension scheme contribution.
NO health insurance.
NO contract, use only the time spent.
NO minimum hours to be purchased.
NO recruitment or agency fees incurred.
VA’s are responsible for their own bookeeping & taxes.
VA’s have to provide their own office space, materials and equipment.
VA’s offer flexibility, they are available outside of normal hours and have no minimum hour commitment.
VA’s have a vested interest in the success of your business, so client confidentiality is paramount and they will treat your business as their own.
Employees and temps are paid by you for coffee breaks, toilet visits and time taken for personal calls and issues.
